Drop files into assets/chat-media/stickers/ and assets/chat-media/gifs/ and they will appear automatically in chat.

You can also make subfolders like stickers/dj/, stickers/reactions/, gifs/party/, gifs/dance/. The folder names become categories when they match known names.

Supported file types: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, webp, svg

Old manifest.json removed. manifest.php is now the only source of truth.
