Local vendor asset hooks are ready in this build.

Drop these files here if you want the site to prefer local copies over CDN:
- assets/vendor/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css
- assets/vendor/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.bundle.min.js
- assets/vendor/bootstrap-icons/font/bootstrap-icons.css

Until those files are supplied, the theme falls back to the CDN versions automatically.
