Cloudflare Worker setup for Smurfettes pop out player

1. In Cloudflare, go to Workers & Pages.
2. Create a new Worker.
3. Replace the default Worker code with the contents of stream-worker.js.
4. Deploy it.
5. Copy the HTTPS Worker URL.
6. In Smurfettes admin, open Admin -> Pop Out Player.
7. Paste the Worker URL into "Cloudflare Worker Stream URL" and enable "Use Cloudflare Worker HTTPS stream in the player".
8. Save.

Why this is needed:
- Your website loads over HTTPS.
- Your Icecast stream is HTTP.
- Browsers block HTTP audio inside HTTPS pages as mixed content.
- The Worker provides an HTTPS URL that can be used by the embedded audio player.
