Restored missing admin features on top of wow_v2:
- Comments card + clear all comments button
- Feature News manager (admin/news.php)
- Navigation card
- More admin tool cards restored on dashboard
This keeps the wow_v2 visual base while putting the missing Smurf-style tools back in.
