Radio Galaxy FX final ready build notes

Applied fixes:
- Branding cleaned to Radio Galaxy FX
- Stream URL updated to: http://dj.radiogalaxyfx.com:8000/live
- Visible Auto DJ label changed to: Cosmic Vibes
- Schedule timezone set to: America/New_York
- External auth path set to: C:\inetpub\Authentication\radiogalaxyfx\auth_config.php
- admin/login.php now checks temp admin in auth_config.php
- admin/login.php now also checks managed users stored in auth_config.php
- admin/users.php now writes created/edited users into auth_config.php
- admin/users.txt is kept as a local fallback mirror
- Local fallback admin kept for test server use

Current fallback login:
- Username: admin
- Password: Radio Galaxy FX

When live:
- Remove or harden the fallback entry in admin/users.txt
- Keep the external auth config in C:\inetpub\Authentication\radiogalaxyfx\auth_config.php
